Ryan is a highly experienced Lean consultant and leads our learning and development programmes. He designs and delivers tailored training schemes for many public and private sector organisations, particularly in the service sector. Ryan manages REINVIGORATION’s impressive Lean For Services training product portfolio and is instrumental in the development of new ‘Lean for Services’ material.
Ryan holds a BA Hons in Business Studies and an MSc in Lean Service Operations from LERC at Cardiff Business School.

Chris is a ‘Lean for Services’ expert and systems thinker with a varied background, spanning operations, training, programme/project management and business improvement. He holds an impressive record of managing large scale Lean deployments in many different service sector operations and has trained hundreds of people in Lean techniques. This track record makes him ideally placed to advise clients on their own Lean programmes.
Chris holds an MSc in Lean Service Operations from LERC at Cardiff Business School where he graduated with distinction.
Head of Sales and Marketing – Sandra Jones
Sandra heads up REINVIGORATION’s Sales and Marketing team. Holding a BA Hons in marketing and a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma, Sandra has an impressive marketing background and has worked for some of Europe’s leading blue chip consulting and financial services organisations. Her wealth of knowledge and experience have been a key factor in the development of our emerging brand.
Chief Financial Officer – Karen Williams
Karen joined REINVIGORATION in early 2010 and is the Company Accountant. She is a fully qualified chartered accountant (qualified in 2007) and in addition to completing key financial reporting, she manages our finance and management accounts team.
