New bespoke training, designed just for your service organisation
REINVIGORATION can now offer a bespoke training design service to support a client to create training material specifically for their organisation.
Using our experience we are able to help companies obtain the accreditation from LERC at Cardiff University and therefore offer in-house training self-sufficiently, giving delegates official qualifications as they progress through their development.
We are able to create new simulations based on the client’s organisational environment and only use case studies based on the client’s industry.
In order to achieve this, development is required of training material, training capability and coaching mechanisms to ‘Lean Competency System’ standard.
Accreditation
All of our bespoke training can lead to accreditation on the Lean Competency System (LCS). The exact levels of accreditation possible will be determined by the tailored course content. The LCS was created by the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff Business School and is the only academically recognised Lean qualification available worldwide.
