PHASE 1

If necessary, we will assist you in defining these, ensuring that your TOM design is heading in the right strategic direction from the start.

PHASE 2

ESTABLISH ‘AS IS’ OPERATING MODEL & STAKEHOLDERS

Your TOM should satisfy the wants and needs of your varied stakeholders.
To establish this, we will build a highly detailed, data driven view of your current operating model and identify the opportunities for your organisation to transform more closely align with stakeholder needs.

PHASE 3

DESIGN ‘TO BE’ TOM OPTIONS

Your TOM design may not be straightforward and will likely require selection from a number of options.
This options appraisal phase is at the heart of our approach and includes the production of a final report setting out high-level options, with the preferred option highlighted, backed with extensive data.

DETAILED BLUEPRINT DESIGN & TRANSITION PLANNING

Our detailed blueprint design takes the selected option (or options) and builds the detailed mechanics that will make the TOM a reality. Design is considered across multiple lenses, phased over time to provide a staged roadmap for successful TOM delivery.
