HOW WE CAN HELP

Our ½ day Agile for Operations training course takes Agile methodologies outside of their traditional IT application to help organisations introduce Agile as their entire business ethos and put customers, process simplification, fast-paced delivery, and staff empowerment at the centre of their operations management.

The course aims at providing an overview of the Agile Manifesto as well as some detailed examples of how the 12 Agile Principles can be adapted and used in a business environment. Delegates will be shown how agility can be achieved through empowerment and how to identify business blockers, including cultural change and bureaucracy.

Designed to allow delegates to quickly implement their newly acquired knowledge at the end of the training, the course also gives them the opportunity to create an action plan in line with the opportunities they will have identified within the business, and quickly implement the lessons learned on the day.

COURSE OVERVIEW

The course aims at providing delegates with an overview of the 12 Agile principles and how they relate to every-day business problems, as well as giving them the opportunity to create a practical plan for implementation within their own organisation.

For this reason we encourage managers of operational staff to accompany their team to the training. This will indeed facilitate the practical implementation of the plan within each business area.
