Providing Scrum Masters and Project Managers with a foundation qualification that will equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Scrum projects.
This course is for anyone involved in software development using the Scrum framework. It is particularly beneficial for those people within an organisation accountable for getting the most out of Scrum, including Scrum Masters, managers, and Scrum team members.
Over the 2 days, students will see why PSM is the cutting-edge course for effective Scrum Masters and for anyone coaching a software development team towards increased efficiency and effectiveness. The course includes advanced thinking for servant-leadership and behaviourial shifts. No pre-existing knowledge of Scrum is required to attend.
The course aims at providing the students with a clear understanding of the rules of Scrum through the empirical foundation of Scrum and teach them how to act as Scrum Masters for Scrum teams and stakeholders from an in-depth understanding of servant-leadership, and ultimately increase the effectiveness of Scrum underway.
Throughout the course, students are challenged to think in terms of the Scrum principles to better understand what to do when returning to the workplace. They work on real-life cases with other classmates together as a team with discussions and hands-on exercises, effectively starting using Scrum during the course. The course will cover the following topics:
Reinvigoration are an official member of the Scrum.org Professional Training Network (PTN).
This seal of approval from a globally recognised training, assessment and certification provider, gives our delegates the guarantee that they will receive consistent teaching of the Scrum Framework as well as the highest training quality experience.
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. To achieve certification, participants will need to complete the assessment and score at least 85%.
Participants unsuccessfully attempting the PSM I assessment within 14 days will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
Upon successful completion of the assessment all delegates are also entitled to a 40% discount on the PSM II assessment.
£1,200 +VAT per delegate (including assessment).
