Establishing best practice Operational Excellence throughout every team in your business, solving some of the fundamental
barriers to effectiveness.
Our three-day training course is designed to provide team leaders, managers, and Lean and CI teams with the knowledge they need to improve the way their teams work, in order to increase performance and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
The course is extremely practical, using hands-on exercises to bring Operational Excellence principles to life, and to underpin where and how they are used. This approach enables delegates to quickly absorb their newly acquired knowledge and apply the fundamentals directly within their own teams following the course, driving immediate benefits of over 15% productivity improvement (on average).
The learning is designed to go hand-in hand with a post-course project of around 10 weeks in duration, where demonstration of effective implementation will result in optional certification by Cardiff University’s LCS at level 1C.
Our one-to-one coaching support is available following the course to assist delegates in successfully deploying their newly acquired skills across their teams and achieving successful certification.
