Introduction
This short, top level maturity assessment will allow you to quickly discover where your operation rates across five key elements of world class operations. You will be asked three questions for each of these five elements, and upon doing so gain knowledge in terms of what you're doing well and where you need to focus next. The five elements are:
1. Operations Strategy
2. Leadership
3. Organisational Design
4. Operations Management
5. Capability
The assessment will take no more than 7 minutes to complete. In return for your time, we will email you a fully customised report which will give you some fantastic insights into how you compare against both industry competition and world class organisations.
As an extra value add, we will provide you with additional assets that will help you on the next stages of your journey. These will be tailored to your score and as such will prove really beneficial to you.
HOW THE SCORING WORKS
For ease of response, each question is multiple choice, with four core levels of proficiency and you simply need to use the slider and select where you feel you currently lie (example below).
Please note that you can also score in between two levels. This is particularly useful if you're able to demonstrate some but not all of the attributes listed in the next level up.
