 Ryan is a co-founder of Reinvigoration and an experienced transformation professional with a strong track record across Financial and Public Services. He is passionate about helping senior leaders develop and execute strategy, combining operational insight with a focus on culture and capability to enable lasting transformation. 

Graham’s reputation for creating and delivering enterprise-wide change is amongst the highest regarded in the industry. He is an expert within all aspects of operations and transformation, challenging the conventional, simplifying the complex, and taking a hands-on approach to delivery – with the P&L results to match.

 Dafydd is a dynamic operations professional with a strong track record of transformation across Financial Services. He quickly identifies strategic opportunities, risks and delivery priorities, combining analytical thinking with an engaging, people-centric style to influence and collaborate at every level. 

Leanne has 10 years experience of managing People Teams in valued led organisations.  She has extensive experience of attracting and retaining excellent talent, implementing effective people strategies and strives to ensure Reinvigoration is an exceptional place to work.

 Adele has over 20 years’ experience leading strategic marketing and communications programmes across lead generation, digital, PR, content and events. As Head of Marketing, she leads the marketing function, helping strengthen the brand, engage key audiences and support the business’s growth plans.

Drew has over 20 years experience in operations & technology. With expertise in software development, security governance, and cloud architecture. Bridging people, processes, and technology to help Reinvigoration deliver for our customers while securing the business.
