Chris is one of the co-founders of Reinvigoration and currently heads up the business in his role of CEO.  Chris has over 20 years experience working with organisations across the world to transform their operations.

Ryan is one of the co-founders of Reinvigoration and is the Managing Partner of the Innovative Learning Division. Ryan has a huge passion in employee development and has been supporting organisations Develop Excellence for over 20 years.

Graham’s reputation for creating and delivering enterprise-wide change is amongst the highest regarded in the industry. He is an expert within all aspects of operations and transformation, challenging the conventional, simplifying the complex, and taking a hands-on approach to delivery – with the P&L results to match.

A dynamic operations professional, Dafydd has an outstanding track record of transformation in organisations across multiple sectors and regions. He can rapidly assimilate a broad range of information and subject matter expertise inputs to identify strategic opportunities, risks and delivery requirements. Alongside an engaging, culturally aware, people-centric style, Dafydd can effectively collaborate and influence across all levels of an organisation.

 

Maria has over 16 years of consulting experience in operational strategy & transformation. She is driven by outcomes and sustainable client impact, with extensive expertise in operating model diagnostic & design, and operational improvement. She is skilled at strategy, service delivery solutions design & implementation, process & performance analysis and improvement, with experience across a wide range of industries, sectors and markets.

 

Floyd is a passionate consultant who puts front line teams at the centre of change, empowering them to create value for customers whilst continuously improving the business.

Andy has been designing and delivering training for over 18 years across multiple industries. He supports clients to create blended learning programmes that deliver business outcomes. He is personable and down to earth which enables him to build rapport with people at all levels.

Hannah has over 15 years of experience streamlining  operations, expanding service offerings, and boosting revenues for major financial service organisations. An expert at solving tough client issues, fixing broken operating models, and delivering innovative solutions. She leverages data, logic, and behavioural science to deliver meaningful, sustainable transformation.

 

Polly has a proven background in project management and coordination, bringing experience across a range of sectors. She thrives on all things organisational, streamlining processes and turning complex tasks into smooth and efficient processes.

 

Leanne has 10 years experience of managing People Teams in valued led organisations.  She has extensive experience of attracting and retaining excellent talent, implementing effective people strategies and strives to ensure Reinvigoration is an exceptional place to work.

Adele has over 20 years experience managing strategic marketing and communication programmes. Her experience spans all aspects of marketing communications including lead generation, digital marketing, PR and media relations, content marketing and event management. As Senior Marketing Manager Adele leads the Marketing function supporting the business to achieve growth plans.

Olivia is our current People placement student. She uses her analytical and communication skills learnt on her Economics degree so far to work alongside Leanne to ensure that Reinvigoration is an enjoyable place to work.
