Managing Operational Excellence Delivery Across A Global Workforce

By

As business operations continue to expand across countries and continents, conventional approaches to implementing operations excellence can be costly and require a huge amount of capacity from improvement teams.

Large employers are increasingly likely to operate globally – as improvement professionals, we will likely support multi-site and multi-national programmes. The Europe Central Bank reported an increase in the share of FDI stock in global GDPs, from 22% to 35%, between 2000 and 2016.

We are required to visit locations in person for a variety of reasons and it is often difficult to get traction and achieve progress with implementation without regular visits.
