By

This is part of our ongoing blog series exploring the Continuous Improvement Team Maturity Assessment, today’s topic is Future Proofing & Relevance.

In the world of Continuous Improvement, we often rely on familiar methods—Lean, Six Sigma, A3 thinking, DMAIC. These foundational approaches have helped countless organisations improve performance and build capability over the past few decades.

But here’s the challenge: Are we evolving fast enough?

And that puts our relevance at risk.
